On the night of Mr. Melvyn's murder, Sprinkles was eating dinner with her brother. Later on she was to meet up with her boyfriend, Dennis, whom she'd managed to con into seeing Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas with her.    She'd told him the movie was a rockumentary about Elton John, knowing how big a fan he was, even though she was perfectly aware of the fact Elton John was probably the last thing on the mind of Hunter S. Thompson when he wrote the book.
