On the night of Mr. Melvyn's murder, Skinny was trying hard to avoid being noticed both by her boss Mr. Earl, as well as this creepy customer who had been eyeing her up all evening.     She was finding it very hard to concentrate on her dancing, and was hoping her friend Drag would show up soon.
